In my own humble opinion, I think that women with fair skin and blue eyes look stunning with chocolate brown hair. I don't know what shade of brown you have, but if it's light, perhaps you would consider making it dark brown. If it is already dark, perhaps you can change it up and put chunky blonde highlights in it. Burgendy/Brick is also a nice colour on women who have had dark brown hair. Sometimes changing the cut with a bit of highlights is all I need. I get different layers every time I get my hair cut.

You probably look pretty the way you are, you don't need to dye your whole hair a different colour. Plus, it does get rather costly and annoying after a while, since you'll have to keep dying your hair every time your roots start to show.
However, to enhance your beauty, you should try getting highlights. Since you have brown hair, red highlights would balance naturally with your natural hair colour since red hair and brown hair have the same kind of pigment. Highlights stay in for a long time and you don't have to keep replacing them every time your hair starts to grow. Good luck!

Do a gradual change. Go perhaps three shades darker or lighter.
A dark blonde could work. If you go too drastic, you can run the risk of severely damaging your hair and having it possibly fall out.
If you're still not happy with it, tint it a little.
Perhaps some blonde highlights, and a little burgundy tinting.
It all depends on your personality.
Just don't do what I did. Never dye your hair with Bluing unless you're a little old lady.

It depends on if you have yellow-ish skin or reddish. I am also pale but I have green eyes. My skin has reddish tones so I look good with red hair or olive green. I'd suggest lavendar for you, but not that dark purple/eggplant shade. If you are going for a more normal color a strawberry blonde may suit.

I would suggest getting highlights!
if you dont like that maybe you should go a shade or two lighter.
if you dont want to do any thin permanent-you could always do the semi-permanent mousse. it last from 8-12 weeks. visit www.colorpulseusa.com
good luck!

Don't go for chunky highlights- they look cheap. Don't do it yourself! Go for coppery brown. It's fun to change your look from time to time.
