If you want easy and great try this. Take a can of crushed pineapple and pour into a 13x9x2 pan. Shake a yellow cake mix over that. Pour any type of canned fruit topping (blackberry, peach, apple, etc) on top. Cut a stick of butter into pieces and evenly place on top. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts and bake at 350 for 40 mins. It's easy and always a hit! It's called Dump Cake.

I made this up about a month ago and it was wonderful.
Slice a banana into half inch coins and place in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Put in enough honey to coat the banana slices and heat ununtil the honey is well melted and the bananas are warm - about 3-5 minutes.
Take the warm bananas & honey and pour over icecream - I recomend vanilla.
It will melt a little, but it is a nice combination on cold & warm.

Butterscotch Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add enough milk to make thick paste. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir in brown sugar mixture, return to a boil, and cook for 1 minute.
Place egg yolks in small bowl. Temper the yolks by quickly stirring in about 1/4 of hot milk mixture. Pour yolk mixture back into hot milk mixture, and return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted. Pour into bowls, and let cool slightly.

Method:
Combine egg nog, Nassau liquor and Myers rum. Whip heavy cream and fold in to egg nog mixture. Add nutmeg to taste.

This one is good and easy.
Large tin of fruit cocktail (drained)
Small tin of pineapple pieces (drained)
Marshmallows small to medium in size and you can use either vanilla or fruit flavours.
1 tub sour cream (I put a little bit of caster sugar into it but you don't have to)
Mix everything together and put into the fridge for a bit before serving. Very light and refreshing especially in summer!
Bon appetit!
