It is probably just a bed monster. They lurk under the bed and try to grab at passing ankles. They also feed on socks, usually preferring to eat only one of the pair and will spit the other out as they have lost the taste for a second helping. They are not harmful and can be great company. Just don't move the bed as the light can kill them.

I am guessing that there is nothing under your bed. What you are hearing is probably nothing more than the settling of the house, or noises from the outside from an animal or weather of some sort.
Your best bet is to keep a flashlight either next to your bed or under your pillow. This will provide a quick source of light. When you start hearing the noise, muster up the courage and quickly turn on the light and shine it under the bed. This should either allow you time to see if it is a mouse or such under your bed, or give you the comfort of knowing that nothing could have hidden so quickly and bring to light that nothing is really there. It also allows you the security of still being under your blankets and up off of the floor which should help in the mustering of courage.

There are a couple of things you can try. First you haven't said if you live in an apartment or house, in either case look to the floors below your bedroom for possible reasons for the noise (perhaps there is something running like a dryer or a furnace and maybe there is something going wrong with them) If this doesn't help, try sleeping in another room and see if the problem is there. You can also ask someone to listen and see if they hear what you are hearing (it's a great time for a sleepover) What ever is wrong you are going to have to face it either with someone or by yourself otherwise it will continue to grow until something breaks or you become to frightened to be in your own room. Good Luck

I think that you should go see a psychiatrist. If you're really that scared maybe you can get a new bed that touches the ground. That way it will be impossible for monsters to go under it.
Have you ever seen the movie Little Monsters?? If you haven't go and see it and I'm sure it will make you feel a lot better about the monsters under your bed.

I've got a solution for you. Why don't you replace the direction of your bed and your sleeping position and don't think about it because it is only in your mind. Try also to think nice things before going to bed or read an interesting stories. Good night! sleep tight. Don't let the insect bite.

honestly, this is a common side effect of extreme depression.
You should start focusing on mental health, and self-awareness can also help. Keeping the light on at night, and placing a blanket under you bed, to make it feel more comfy, also try taking a sleep aid before going to bed, to help you sleep better, and not think about "monsters under the bed"
you should also try meditation, and thinking of peacful things before going to sleep, another good thing is to put out mouse-traps before going to sleep, even if you don't have mice, it might help with the fear of monsters.
I hope I helped, and happy new years!

No, there are no monsters under your bed. They're not real. The thing to rememeber is that a lot of things can cause noises, not just monsters.
