Your husband DEMANDS you cook him a different meal 3 times a day??? I hope that's all he DEMANDS of you. Jeez! If it were my husband demanding me like that, I would write him out a map to the kitchen!

DEMAND, huh? Well, first thought would be to recommend www.divorcenet.com to you. If that's not an option then DEMAND he buy you a Master Chef program or something of the sorts so you can organize all these recipes you need to keep and help you plan out the menus for months in advance accordingly.
There are several websites out there and many very good ones have been suggested. For "make aheads" I would recommend http://busycooks.about.com/od/makeaheadrecipes/a/cookOAMC.htm

Check out Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen, they're like an university of "pro"fessors/scientists/cooks. They test and retest every possible technique, ingredients, and give you the results, good, bad and ugly. I own CIA school book, Thomas Keller The French Laundry, Le Cordon Bleu, I have over 30 cookbooks, but I mostly turn to them for advice.

www.allrecipes.com is a fantastic website. Not only do they have thousands of recipes, but members provide reviews of the recipes too. You can set up and organize your own recipe box as well.
