I have a serious problem with staying up and doing homework. I get hungry, but instead of eating just anything I want (I've decided to watch my weight) I want something healthy that will also fill me up and yet won't cause me to gain a lot of weight. Help?

Snack on fruits. Those not processed ones are the best. Fruits like apple and oranges are negative calories and are the best.
Another good choice is cereals/oat. They're high in fibre and has negative calories.
