Squat with weights and leg presses

If you go to the gym and use the weight machines that exercise your quads and hamstrings and Gastrocnemius you'll build your primary leg muscles. That's the best way to do it. If you can't go to the gym, maybe running with weights?

Try Jogging and sqauts, sqauts really build the leg muscles!

I'm no expert
but you can buy weights for the feet & i don't know if that will help or just make you fit
