NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL!
Good Humans are GODS, Bad Humans are GHOSTS and other are HUMAN

I think the only difference between humans and ghosts are that humans are alive. I don't think that ghosts are any different than us as far as feelings and emotions go. As for a God, they are beyond humans and ghosts because they have infinite knowlegde/wisdom.

A human being is made of flesh, blood and bones.

A Ghost (for those who believe they exist) is a hectoplasm (etheric matter).

God (for those who believe in him) is a non-material, onnipotent, ruling entity.
