I think it will be difficult if you want to bring her as a servant- there are thousands of illegal Hispanics running about that know how to clean and would work for the same rates.
For marriage- I don't know- but I would suggest you check out the US State Dept website to find out how you can be her sponsor- even if she is just coming for a Holiday.
It may be tough for her considering she is a poverty-class 3rd world citizen with very minimal bank account balance and few if any educational skills.

Sorry, but this is not legally possible. US immigration law has no provision for American citizens to bring foreign domestics to the US for employment.
