Ok so I have a guy in my life who's a really good friend. Well we dated at one point and today I asked him to describe me in one word and he said "beautiful". Well he doesn't like to do the romantic stuff like kissing but he really likes to talk to me over the internet. We talk for HOURS at a time. I was talking to him one time and something happened to me to where people hated me and he said "i love you and care for you, ok?" and I have no idea if he still likes me. Does he? btw...I asked him if he liked me more than a friend and he said "i liek pie" (he's got a lot of nonsense but that's why I love him!)

Well in my opinion i think he does like you. As stated above in the last answer he is just shy. Take it from me "a shy guy" he is just afraid to show his feelings and worst of all he is afraid of commitment probably, afraid of getting hurt. Trust me every guy is afraid of this at one point in time. I recently had some of the same problems in my 3 year relationship. Its just something you kinda got to pull him out of. Start showing some feelings for him, do things to show him you care. Do stuff that you think is right to make everything "click" between you all.
And another thing...the Internet chatting does help....That's how my relationship started 3 years ago.

He's probably just shy. I was the same way with a girl that I worked with. We would talk for hours online and hang out in person alot. We were more flirty online and in person we were just like close friends. I never made a move.

i deff think he does bcuz he avoids the question in person and tells you things like your beautiful and "i love and care for you, ok" on the internet (but only in this situation bcuz he doesnt like the romantic thing)...and this being said should only be taken as long as he's not a jerk or something that likes to avoid/not-be-seen-with-you in public but would enjoy leading you on on the internet (these guys exist trust me lol but it doesnt seem like it with him)
try asking him on the internet or approaching him in person when no one else is around
