Hello =)
Unless you are an organ donor, your organs are left inside you.
Your blood is drained out, however, and the vacuum that this causes is what draws the embalming fluid (formaldehyde) into your blood vessels, which allows you to "stay fresh" for a few days longer, before decaying.
The blood used to go right into the sewerage system, but these days, it is disposed of as biological waste.
Namaste, and Happy New Year,

If you are embalmed the blood is flushed down the drain with embalming fluid and all the organs remain. If autopsied, the intestines are incinerated and all the other organs returned to the body cavity. All the blood goes down the drain.

Your blood is drained and the organs are usually left intact. If one has had an autopsy then the organs are usually put back. I always thought for religious reasons. Not sure about that tho.

Not sure about the blood but if you signed a donor card or have it specified on your driver's license, your organs can be donated to someone who needs them.
