Im interested in starting boxing classes as a workout routine, but im not sure if it will get me in shape, what does it do for you as well?

It is an awesome workout. Girl, it is hard work. You're not really getting hit but just going through the motions. It is also so much fun. I think it is a great idea. Really great for legs, arms, cardio, balance, and eye hand coordination.

Boxing is a good cardio workout and if you want to do a cardio workout to get in shape i would say yes.

It takes lots of artwork to get in shape to get interior the hoop for even a three around combat. it is going to make your ordinary gymnasium work out appear as if sitting down and ingesting tea via assessment

yes, it's a great workout for cardio and endurance... not to mention it's always fun.

it is a great idea cardiovascular work outs are great " it keeps you heart rate up and which burns calories" and you feel great after
