Yeah, just eat 3 meals a day that are of regular size and start exercising. Stay away from fast food at all costs. You might miss it at first, but believe me after a while you won't even want it. Don't eat sweets on a regular basis. Notice I said regular basis? You can still eat stuff like that, just in moderation. Don't eat past 7:00 in the afternoon...this might be hard at first, but you will loose a ton of weight just from doing that. Hang in there, you can and you will do this.

there are alot of gimicks out there, from diet foods, to diet supplements, to personal home equipment. Which typically end up collecting dust. Simple method to losing weight, change your lifestyle. Personally, i gained alot of weight in the last 2 years of college. I ate just way to much junk food. After i graduted I wanted to get rid of it. I realized to take it off, and keep it off, I would need to change the way i eat and live permantly.
What worked for me was being more active, and eating less unhealthy food. Find a sport/excercise/activity that you like doing, and do it alot more often. Hiking, swimming, biking, weights, running, in door rock climing, skateboarding, whatever.

there is no healthy way to lose that much weight in the time alotted. five to ten pounds a month is average. anything other than that can only be achieved by unhealthy terms and i would hope to disuade those actions. i know you've heard it a million times, but the best thing to do is eat healthier and pick up your excercise routine.

Wow. Loosing that many pounds is very dangerous. You should talk to your doctor first to see if you're overweight. Sometimes, we think we are but in reality, we're not. Doctors usually will have a good dieting plan for you. =]
