ok i got a major dandruff problem!!!! even when i wash my hair it is still there. if i look really closely in the mirror i can see the white. i am sure i rinse my hair well when i wash it. but its so THICK and long its hard and somtime i am not sure i got it all. i have been taking longer to wash and rinse it but i still got it bad. can any one help me? what should i do? i got dark brown hair so you can see it help!!!

use anti dandruff shampoo like Head & Shoulders.

Use head and shoulders, and remember not to over dry your hair, and don't use very hot water, those all add to the dandruff problem. Good luck!

for starters, why not cut some of that usless length?? think of the time and energy youd save with even slightly shorter hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you have such a serious dandruff problem, and it persists should you cut your hair, and you REALLY SHOULD........then see a dermatologist..this is nothing to mess around with!!

head massage with warm oil helped me a lot. try it. put the oil a night before u wash your hair.
