Spend most of my time at the computer. Need to lose at least 10 pounds. Don't do exercise, don't follow a diet. Anyone have any realistic suggestions for me to lose 10 pounds in two weeks?

As someone who also sits in front of a PC for a job let me begin with I hear ya sister!...

Drink major amounts of water- You won't feel as hungry- Take the stairs whenever possible and walk.... Park further away from the door...etc... try to increase your steps every day. (invest in a pedometer they are cheap at WalMart-- Make sure you do not snack at break times and be willing to understand the signals your body is telling you- Are you full or just bored or why are you eating?
start taking a multi-vitamin...
When watching TV excersise during commercials this can be fun....


ten pounds is a lot to expect in that short time but with BALANCED meallls and more movment it will come off... but actually it is healthy to only loose 2-3 pounds a week so give yourself 3-4 and good luck

Thats an awful short time.

I would recommend eating like the body is built to do. Not much, but often. Throw away the cola, or the crisps if you have any and settle on real food. Take a walk on circa 30 minutes a day, and that should be enough. It works for me, and even if it is not as fast as you would like, it still is something.

people say that a liquid diet can get you to loose like 10 pounds a week.

watch the amount of food you are taking in the best thing to do is get active eat 5 small meals a day each meal should only be about the size of your fist because are stomachs are really only a little bite larger then that

man ur doin all of the opposite of what u should be doin!!!
in that week if u dont lose 5 pounds id get liposuction!!!!
