Assuming you mean a Vietnames restaurant, then the two best ones I have found are:
Xich Lo, near Smithfield i.e. near the City, which is genuinely good.
Huong Viet in Hackney, which is the best of the cluster of Vietnames restaurants in that area; it is fairly basic.
Xich Lo has the best Vietnamese food I have had outside Paris and Asia.
