Can you catch the dog on your property, put it your garage and call animal control to pick it up and explain to them the problem and that you have tried, repeatedly to get them to keep the dog at home?

I have three dogs. They are confined and I clean up after them. I get so angry at owners of loose dogs! Also barking dogs....

Mine bark in the house.

No this is not the solution you should be taking! You could cause agonizing pain to this animal before it even died! Not only that but you would also harm other animls that would also come and drink the antifreeze. Besides why take it out on the poor unsuspecting dog anyways. It's not the dogs fault it is the unresponsible pet owner. Why don't you have talk with the neighbor about this problem, If this doesn't work try using a squirt bottle of water or even a garden hose. The dog may eventually become frightful of comming to your yard This method of antifreeze is cruel and against the law!

LOL Just Pick It Up {Not With Your Hands} And Throw It @ His House I Mean U Did Ask Them More Than Once 2 Stop Letting Their Dog Crap In You Yard. Or You Can Crap In His Yard But Don't Do It While The Sun Is Up. And Do It In The Drive Way Or Even Better Do It @ The Door. LOL

Do you have a leash law? In other words, is there a law about dogs running loose. Call the dog pound or health department and make a complaint. I have the same neighbors and they think it is cute when I'm out there cleaning up their dogs mess. Actually I have a few more suggestions, but they would be deleted. How clever are you? Just don't blame the dog. It 's the owner's fault.

Hmm. Do you want to keep the peace? After all, your neighbor will be living there, possibly for years to come. here are some possible things you could do.

Set your sprinkler system to manuel and turn it on when the dog is on your lawn.

Scoop the poop and return it to the owner.

Film the act if your town has laws against not bagging your dogs crap. Then call Animal Control about where to report it and he will get fined.

Pick it up yourself and dispose of it, if keeping the peace is more important.

Make some brownies mail them to him anonymously.....

This is what i would do if you can stand on the sidewalk and throw the poo so it lands in front of his door and if he confronts you about it say everytime you find the poo in your yard tahts where its gonna end up and as long as you stay off his property he cant press trespassing charges im not sure if other charges can be filed but yeah if the dog runs lose i would call the police because there are lesh laws

Yes. Or either hire a lawyer. Take pictures of every time it poops and keep it in a safe place. Go to your lawyer. Make sure you have a good one, but if you have the " what goes around comes around" theory then get a pooper scooper and keep it in a trah bag. Then when it piles up dump it into your neighbors' favorite place in their yard they shhould finally stop pooping in your yard.

that would be funny! But I think the law would step in- indecent something...
If this is a true question, throw it back onto his lawn and hopefully he'll step in it. Aim for his sidewalk.
Otherwise call your village. Most towns have ordinances against this. He could be fined big time! Video tape it if you can. Or print a sign that says "Smile, your on camera". That might give a reason not to.

You can actually call the police on this. They would get a warning and if it continues they would be fined. Kinda sucks the money wouldnt go to you but it might make your neighbor think twice.

Yes!! This is what I did--I picked up my neighbors dog poop and put it on his front porch right in front of his door-he stepped in it and had a fit, but his dog never pooped in my yard again.
