I am very over weight. I now weight 54.6 kg and that's 12.6 kg heavier than what 12 yr olds are supposed to weight. So i don't really care how long it takes, and my parents won't help me. So i run for 15min every night and that doesn't work very well. I only lost 3 kg for all this long. I can't eat very healthy stuffs for lunch either. So please help me! My classmates all laugh and everything! Please don't tell me to eat healthier stuffs... or say i'm too young. I know myself, but i can't stand going to school like this! I am 156cm tall, by the way, and my B circle is 85cm. Please help me!

If you want to lose weight, you can. You MUST eat healthy to lose, it's the only way. Not only that, your body will thank you for giving it good things.

Try giving up things with alot of sugar in them (soda, juices)

Drink lots of water

Eat lots of fruits and veggies

Tell your parents you want to live healthy and be healthy (they should want that for you too!)

Keep jogging, and increase your time every week

Take the stairs at school (if you have them)

Find a friend in school to work out and encourage you!

Ask for a fitness/work out magazine subscription from your parents. Reading it will give you some guidelines also.

Talk to your school nurse/nutritionist/doctor

Check out some books on nutrition and fitness from your school library.

Go with your Mom grocery shopping and see if you can help her get more nutritional foods. Make suggestions.

I did the same thing when I was young and I feel better for it. Good luck, stay strong. Remember, anything that you really want is going to take some work...so work at it, and don't give up!

Average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue not a quick fix. Do you see the box near the top of the page? The one labelled 'Search for questions: '? Well type in 'lose weight'. You will find over 518,682 pre-existing questions. Try the misspellings 'loose weight' and there are another 119,033 In all there are over 637,715 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight. On average these each yield 6 answers, that is nearly 4 million answers. (Without searching for any other variations on the question!) I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words: EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???

It will only work if you make it work.
Drink only water from now on. Drink milk only twice a day, and juice only once a day. No more soda, no more nothing but water.
Run for at least 25 minutes; in two weeks make that 40 minutes, in four weeks make it an hour.
Can't eat healthy at lunch? WHY NOT? Bring a lunch! Eat some meat and salad or potato. Make sure to eat the meat, it will make you feel full. Frozen meatballs by the box make a great lunch meat - bring about 5 or 6 and nuke them.
I promise you, you will see the results if you follow this plan.
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, more if you can. I regularly drink about 12 - 15 glasses a day. You can do it!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

That's not enough time to lose 20 pounds (no kg here son!). You will most likely lose more water weight than anything. Only thing you can do is to run your *** off and do as much cardio as you can endure. Eat right, cardio, and you will lose it. Aint nothin to it but to do it!

Don't eat after 6pm? hahah. Whatever duder. I eat 6-7 times a day, up until I go to sleep, and my metabolism is through the roof. It's about working with your body, not forcing it to eat itself by starving yourself.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com
