I may have phrased this question incorrectly. I meant that if you associate with angry people, you tend to be angry or when you associate with happy people, you are happier.

With the exception of my family (couldn't chose them) I am very selective about who I associate with. Life can be tough enough without surrounding yourself with negative people. Therefore I will end any relationship that is positive, fun and mutually respectful.

Sure. Its like the saying "bad company corrupts good morals". If you hang out with someone that does drugs you're bound to end up doing drugs too, etc. And if you say something then it had to come from somewhere, so you probably share the same opinion of what comes out of your mouth.

Friendship, no that is not any longer undesirable....my contacts purely this week helped me flip my head far off from the darkness and in the direction of the mild....it is not delusional in any respect, yet a actuality.

If you mean someone in my life has said that to me and I changed my friends for it or realized something I was purposely blinding myself over then yes.
