Channa- atta. make a paste and scrub everyday and then moisturise. Also black elbows are also caused by rough dry skin, so moisturise regularly, if it doesnt work, go for a light bleach and then control the same. Elbow skin need additional moisture so use can use a oil massage (olive oil)

If it's dry skin that needs to be "sloughed" off try this
If you have a coffee grinder take some almond or walnut shells and grind them up fine but not too fine put that in a bowl with some olive oil and some NON perfumed lotion, can use butter but ew, anyways rub the area off this is a natural remedy for dry skin or exfoliating...try it if you can may take a few times! Keep vaseline on it at night for a week while you do this...bandaids to keep it from getting on your sheets! Good Luck

Lemon juice alone won't be effective, In fact it will increase the dryness. use sugar granules and milk cream and rub with lemon peels on your elbows and knees gently until the sugar granules melt. u can also use a face scrub on them. keep them moisturised. do this regularly and u will notice a difference.

One way to clean your elbows is to use a little scrub brush with soap on them. You can also use cold cream or vaseline on them. Both methods usually work very well.

get a good alpha-hydroxy exfoliate. or keep a fingernail brush in the bath, put some liquid soap (or shampoo) on your palm, sprinkle with baking soda, put it on the brush and scrub (not too hard) when you bathe. this is also a great scrub for your feet and toenails to keep the skin soft.
also, there are products that women use to lighten dark age spots and a product like this may help.

scrub it girl! use baking soda to scrub it or something rough like sugar. Put lotion or even lard on your elbows and wrap in plastic wrap overnight then scrub them in the morning. if you use lemon you have to go in to the sun for the sun to help bleach it.
