If you really want to find out what he thinks my advice would be to stop saying i love you for awhile and watch for his reaction, he may not up and Say it now that you've stopped but it might surprise him enough that he slips up or stumbles, thats actually a good thing if he does, then you know he actually takes notice of your words. If he doesn't react at all, well he may just not notice(a possibility for sure, I'm a guy and i miss stuff sometimes) or he doesn't really care; listen to your instincts and pay attention to his actions more than his words, that's what will tell you what you really want to know.

It means he loves you to without him actually having to say those 3 commitment words that men hate. Don't take it to out of context. When he's ready he will say those words to u.

It means what he says, he loves you too. He just agrees with your same thoughts of him as he does you. I don't think you need to make a big thing out of it.

If you're so paranoid about him not loving you, because he says "you too".....dump him.

Obviously he's cheating on you and screwing your much hotter sister while draining your bank accounts dry.

And he'll steal your dog.

he feels insecure and wants reassurance..people react in various ways to insecurity- go into a shell, become suspicious, sarcastic at conversation..be yourself and give him time..he'll come around..otherwise be direct and get whats bothering him in open..

don't think too hard on it...guys tend to express themselves differently its just his personal way of saying things, everyone says I love you differently, and everyone says I love you too differently...no worries it'll just make things worse

Hon, ALL guys do something like that.
We kinda feel embaressed by it.
Just do what one girlfriend of mine did.
Say " I love you"
When he says " Yeah, Me too."
Say "No, not "ME TOO" Say you love me too"

It broke me of the habit.

Don't over think it, us men are llike that, his actions speak louder than his words, if he is nice to you, go with the flow!
