My hair is curly really curly, it's allmost up to my hair when it's curly. Its up to my shoulders but when I straigten it it's up to my neck.I have dark carmel skin color and my eyes are brown, and I have a average body type.

When its curly its to your shoulders.. but when you straighten it it it is only at your neck? How did it get shorter? straightening out the curls should make it longer...
But anyway, ask the person who cuts your hair.. Its their job, and they know what looks best

Curly hair is better long...and straight looks very sexy on night events so I highly recommend you do that.

well I have curly hair to. and I cut it short in to a bob and I had to straighten it everyday. but in my oppinion curly hair looks better when its long. you could get your hair shaped though.

um down to ur neck relly aint that long so i dont think u should cut it but if u want to its up to u
