Nothing today. I'm still agnostic.

I learned recently that he won't save me.

That is convenient, because I don't have to worry about whether or not I should be a Christian. It's clear from the Bible that I shouldn't bother, since I can't be saved. This also means that if a street preacher tries to convert me, I can shut him up by telling him that his god can't save me.

It's somewhat liberating. Now I can continue my life living as best as I could, and I won't have any nagging doubt as to whether Christianity is right, because I can't change my fate.

What a question!!!....I was honestly thinking of posting a similiar one...don't have to now....

I DID learn something from God today.....I learned that SOMETIMES he gives you something before you even ask for it....I think the Bible verse is from the book of Matthew....it goes something like..."for your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask him"...and yes, he DOES...

God Bless....Happy New Year!!

I leaned that Mormons have been lying to me at the Door.

Mormons and the devil

The Devil was born as a spirit after Jesus "in the morning of pre-existence," (Mormon Doctrine, page 192.)
Jesus and Satan are spirit brothers and we were all born as siblings in heaven to them both, (Mormon Doctrine, p. 163.)
A plan of salvation was needed for the people of earth so Jesus offered a plan to the Father and Satan offered a plan to the father but Jesus' plan was accepted. In effect the Devil wanted to be the Savior of all Mankind and to "deny men their agency and to dethrone god." (Mormon Doctrine, page 193; Journal of Discourses, vol. 6, page 8.)

Mormons must examine there religious structure for themselves and avoid regurgitating things they are told by self appointed experts (Bishop)(The Prophet).

Lucifer is a created angelic being (a cherub)(see Ezekiel 28:13-19 and Isaiah 14:12-15), and Jesus is not in the created realm, He is the Creator.

By Colossians 1:16 we know that Jesus created all things, including angels. In the Jewish vernacular of the first century "thrones," "powers," "rulers," and "authorities" were used to describe different orders of angels (see Romans 8:38; Ephesians 1:21; 3:10; 6:12). The phrase "all things" means that Christ created everything in the universe. Everything, whether it be simple or complex, visible or invisible, earthly or heavenly, was created by Christ, and that includes Lucifer. Jesus is not the spirit brother of Lucifer, He created Lucifer.

The book of Mormon is in direct contradiction to the Bible, therefore the mormon book is a separate book from the Bible and a non-inspired book.

One must ask what Jesus do you worship, and put all your trust along with salvation in?

Jesus Christ the creator of all is quoted......................

Mark 3:25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

That he puts things in your way so you will not make huge mistakes. My son's car died. He needed to borrow mine. I was planning on going out early to celebrate my bday. He didn't know. If I did go I probably would either be dead, in hospital or in jail for DUI. I don't usually drink but this is just one of those times for some of us. I know it doesn't sound like something big but even little things count. Happy New Year.

The same thing I learn every day: He refuses to give up on me and I refuse to give up on Him. Even though I struggle through things sometimes, I know I could never really make it if it weren't for Him.

I learned that if he loves people as much as Christians say they do, then there won't be any hell.

Hmmm. Let me rephrase that. I learned that if he loves people as much as Christians say he does, then there is no hell.

Things I learned about God today:

That He is very, very bloodthirsty.

That His followers are very, very stupid.

The end.
