It would depend on what type of match , and if you are talking Chuck Norris now or 30 plus years ago . In a no holds barred match with Chuck being about 30 years younger it would be very close . Same fight with Chuck at his current age and physical condition , Tito . Kickboxing ,Chuck , anytime .

Chuck was a bad man in his day, especially with kicks, but I don't think he had any ground work experience of today's fighters. If Tito managed to take him to the ground before getting kicked unconscious, it would be over. I'll have to give Tito the nod on this one.
