I did Cardio Kickboxing three times a week for 30mins. GOOD LUCK. No sodas or fast food either. Low calorie intake also.

do some asanas & diet, u can also go for brisk walk and aerobics. 10-15 mins of brisk walk can be very good for you. if you want to loose weight their is a yogic kriya called "kayakalp", but you need a trainer for this.
last but not the least eat what u can burn, even on diet ppl do overeat. reduce ur chunk day by day not suddenly. have 4 small meals in a day, so that u don't feel tired & hungry.
use a small plate for eating, small serving spoon. it works. drink water 1/2 hr befor your meals.
