True story.
My gym teacher had some sort of heart episode at school/back problem so she quit. The school wasn't so great at finding a replacement so every couple of days we'd get someone new. No one set up a stretching time before we played sports and in a week or two I had INSANE STABBING PAIN in my side. It was some of the worst pain imaginable.
My mom rushed me to the hospital where they thought I had kidney stones. Turns out I had a muscle spasm from not stretching or warming up before physical activity.
Let that story be a lesson to everyone to always stretch. :)

If u don't stretch and do exercise then Ur muscle wont grow. Remember always stretch before u do exercise.
Well when u drink water try to run normally and that way u won't feel like throwing up OK. Is like not to fast and not to slow if u know what I mean.

every body is different. It's obviously good to stretch to prevent pulling something, but I've never stretched before the gym. And when I went snowboarding I didn't stretch either. My neck hurt for 2 days after, but I did have a bad fall on my head on the last run.

Water....don't take gulps. Always take small sips. They told us in basic training all about hydration and what-not. Taking gulps is actually not very good or effective. Small sips allows the body to process the water. As where gulps can overwhelm (well, be a bit much for) the stomach to take all at once, and it'll just make you pass the water (pee) instead of absorbing it thoroughly.

Yes its ok to drink water. If you feel like throwing up, you're just in bad shape. Keep running and that will go away. If you don't stretch before exercising you can pull a muscle. That's about it.

nothing...there's no proof that stretching helps with exercise .
Take sips of water rather than drink lots.
