IIT exams just like any other exam has to have ample preparation. This is done by preparing a time table in studying. Allocate certain hours for each topic. Start with the most difficult to you. Allot more time to difficult subjects , say 1-2 hrs. It all depends upon your pace. Review should not be taken lightly , a regular schedule should be imposed strictly everyday; 8-12 divided into specific topis (1 hr or 21 hrs per topic) 12-1 lunchbreak and then 2-5- study period, then 5-6 dinner break, then 6-12 study period again, If you stick to the schedule rigidly, i don't see any reason why you won't pass. Remove all disturbing paraphernalia in your study room, like radio, TV etc. Don't study in bed, because it will make you sleepy. Sit in a comfortable study table. Write down and summarize the topics that you went through, before porceeding to the next chapter. Remember , passing an exam is not through luck solely but through hard work and diligence.
