There's this manager that I see at work almost everyday and he works in a different department though. I noticed that he has a wedding ring on his finger. He's cute to me, but he's married and everytime he sees me, he always looks at me, but I always pretend that I dont notice though. Also, whenever he asks me if I need some help with something, he never looks at me in the face.

Ignore the stares but do not tolerate anything else--all men wind up bored and enjoy a pretty face---hopefully that's it. Be sure to set him straight if he ever makes an ugly comment or advance---wimpy girls are harrassed because the guys think its power and they get away with it cause the girl won't say anything---you have every right to speak up. ...immediately. Don't be a baby and feel intimidated--be strong and proud.

He must be attracted to you and like the way you look. There's nothing really you can do until he gets over it. It doesn't mean that he doesn't love his wife, it just means that you're really pretty and he probs has a crush on you. Don't make any moves or you could get yourself in trouble.

Sounds to me like he is attracted to you but is not willing to forward any sort of relationship for the sake of his marriage. Married people do find themselves attracted to other people from time to time....it is the commitment we are supposed to honor...that is where the "forsaking ALL others" comes from.
He probably doesn't look you in the eye because he is nervous or he knows he is too attracted to you. Do your best to honor your own integrity and forfeit any attraction you may have for him.
