I think that's pretty cool. Kinda shows you that God's always there even if you turn your back on him for a while. Stallone turned his back on Christ but then realized that he couldn't get through life without Christ. Good for him.

I'm really not much into reading about celebrities, but if it took a sick child to bring one closer to God, than so be it. I believe that everything we go through prepares us for what we have to go through later in life, and that all we endure makes us who we are. Only time will tell if someone is using God for a "prop" to get attention, or if God is truly an inspiration in their lives that brings about a greater faith in the one true God.

According to the article, Stallone said:

"When my daughter was born sick, and I realized I really needed some help here, I started putting everything in God's hands, his omnipotence, his all-forgivingness."

Which begs the question...what if she hadn't been born sick?

I truly believe that God does not care if "Rocky" has returned to the Catholic church after an absence. Everyone is always welcome in God's home and heart!

It sounds like a promotional gimmick if I ever heard one. His daughter got sick at age 2 and is now 10--- IT TOOK 8 YEARS FOR HIM TO TELL THE PRESS HE IS A DEVOUT CATHOLIC NOW?

Please spare me-----------

If he truly is going to church to seek God, then that is good for him, but If he is lieing just for publicity, that's just sick.

Good for him. If he finds peace and light, and more reason to live, I'm for it.
