You don't have to violate guidelines to get deleted, you just have to have someone say you have. I have been given violation emails for the following answers, " Yes " , " NO" and "if I was I'd tell you" You are at the mercy of the " violation trolls" who amuse themselves by going through the answers and questions and randomly reporting phoney violations. Yahoo has not yet found a way to deal with them. It happens all the time.

Don't put out too many like this. They don't appreciate it all that much. I am telling you this from my own question problems. The block option is now working for the trolls. That backfired, didn't it? Just thought I'd add that problem too. Valid point from DinahLynn, it does matter how you word it. I have changed questions that were in violation and put them back out.

You don't have to violate the guidelines. It appears that if someone reports a violation, the question is immediately deleted. I have posted several questions and answers that did not violate guidelines but which have been deleted almost immediately. Yahoo! Answers sends out a form letter email, and that's that. I've never been able to get a response from a real person at Yahoo!.

I think the fact that he wont come out, at least for the time being, will cause friction between the two of you. I know what it is like to be in a relationship with someone who can't/wont come out. It gets very frustrating! If you really love him though, good luck and I hope it works out for you. My girlfriend's father and grandfather were both preachers and I am not all that religious, so I know a little of what you are going through in that way as well.

I don't think it has anything to do with your question I think there is a fluke going around. Someone just asked the same question that you did and they only asked about a show they use to see on TV and if anyone knew the name, there question was deleted and they were asking why. So it probably is just a bug or something everyday boring questions about TV show and songs are being deleted so I don't think it has anything to do with you. Email them back and ask them that's what I do when they make a mistake and mess up a question or points.

It's a little silly the questions they delete. It also seems they delete stuff only if someone reports it, and don't even bother to look if it actually warrants deleting.
Anyway, if you want to date some reverend who can't be open about his homosexuality, I think you're just headed for conflict and trouble and more stress than it's worth.

Hey they deleted my question about Texe Marrs forgetting to mention Angelina Jolie crossing her fingers in a pic (http://www.conspiracyworld.com/web/Articles/photo_evidence_of_evil.htm)
(I also found it slightly neat that what appears to be a halo is a representation of the sun setting behind some hills)
But no they're probably not. I don't know why

Your reverend/homosexual flame should read his Bible.
Romans Chapter 1 makes it crystal clear that homosexuality is the product of a reprobate mind (verses 24-32).
Your flame is a hypocrite and an unrepentant sinner. You, are even worse, you seek to corrupt him further and you think that you are doing him a favor somehow. You feel that you have a right to express opinions that are offensive and disgusting. NO ONE will applaud your sin. GET USED TO IT.

Yahoo deletes on request when asked. Anyone can get you deleted. You can protest and they will send you a form letter saying they will investigate but the never do. Just learn to live with it. xx

I think they are--and no I would never date a reverend, closet cases spend their entire lives lying to everybody they know about who they want to have sex with, and you cannot have a relationship without honesty
