what exactly is so bad about nissin/maruchan ramen?
all i know is the high salt content and the fat....explain where it will stop me from losing weight/gaining muscle. I'm addicted to it but fighting it gradually.

Salt, saturated fat and empty carbs won't put on muscle, but protein will.

Bad gas can be gas that is too old and it has started to turn into varnish an become gummy and less volitile, also sometimes contaminated by water and or dirt which will cause a car to run poorly... Perhaps just a lot of sediment in it from refueling to close to when the semi tanker delivered the gas to the station where you last bought gas

Why can't you loose weight with top ramen? I mean, if you ate cup of noodles or top ramen at lunch, and ate a small dinner can't you still loose weight? I would never give up that soup no matter what. It's the best.

I just use half of the packet of flavoring to cut down on the sodium intake. However, it is extremely fattening so you shouldn't eat it like all the time, but you should never give up on ramen.

I get dehydrated from the salt every time I eat it.

It is just full of carbs....and calories and salt...eat something healthy...like veggies..
