Kashi Go Lean is great! All the Kashi cereals are very good - flavorful, filling and wonderful with soy milk. You might try Special K however, I find them tasteless after the Kashi.
If you like hot cereal steel cut oats are excellent. No sugar, but I do add soy milk on top to make it creamier. Just put it in a crock pot the night before and it's done in the morning OR make it once a week and put in seperate containers. You can add a tablespoon of organic peanutbutter and some soymilk, warm and eat. It's great.
Good luck!

I love 8th continent vanillasoy! I like it with bran cereal and a banana or with Kashi go-lean crunch. Other than that I usually eat oatmeal with a small package of raisins. check out the kashi line because almost any kind of "plain" cereal is good with soy!

Don't get mad, but use a little common sense. In the morning you can splurge because you will burn the majority of the calories that you consume at breakfast all day long. That is why they say that breakfast is the most important meal. The best cereal that I have found is Oatmeal Crisp with Almonds. I eat soymilk also and the vanilla flavored 8th Continent tastes best on it.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You should consider a permanent change in the way you eat. That way, you will never have to consider a diet again. Read the South Beach Diet book, and learn how and what to eat. This means that you will BUY food differently. The South Beach Diet does show you how you can lose quickly, then help you to change your life so you don't go back. They also have a really nifty nutrition guide that tells you want to limit and what to avoid. To me, the idea of cheating is a negative reinforcement. Total elimination of certain things is more positive. Using these avoid foods should be used as a very special reward; where a monthly or annual treat is insignificant to your normal eating pattern.
