It is a vernacular name of butterfly pea.

The botanical or the scientific name is Clitoria ternetea.

It is not a tree but a twiner of family Fabaceae ( Earlier name Papilionaceae.)

The flowers are deep blue or white in color.

As best as I can tell, it's not a type of tree. It looks like it might be a type of flower, and it appears to be the Hindi word for "undefeated." It is used as a girl's name in India.
