i don't like my thighs at all. what are some ways i can lose weight in my thighs and stomach and other places without bulking up my muscles and making my legs even bigger?

Exercise is not going to bulk you up if you do your exercises for the purpose of burning fat and toning up. Go to a gym and learn. IF you have some low impact stretch cords or something use them. You are not going to build massive muscle, you are just going to tighten up and burn the fat out of the muscle and increase your metabolism. You have to exercise. Walk! Do some butt exercises so it doesn't hang back there. Don't forget to breath, body needs oxygen. Drink lots of water.

you need to run and lift weights. it's the only way i've found to lose weight in thighs and stomach. but when you lift, lift only really light weights so you don't bulk up. running does more for the stomach than situps for my body. cause situps never got rid of the fat. only running did. after the fat left, i did sit ups to get a little definition. i did this last spring. i quit now though. but it worked for me. but once i stopped doing it, all the weight came back so you have to keep it up. i am 5'6 and i weighed 134 lbs doing that. now i'm 150 lbs.

While you can't spot-reduce (just lose weight in certain areas), you can tone up certain areas.

If you are worries about size already, I would suggest an intensive cardio plan that doesn't aim to build muscle.
Here is an example: rinning and biking are great, but spin classes than include massive uphill climbs would most likely also build muscle in the area your looking to reduce.

just maybe go on runs w/ a friend daily and it will jump up your heart and help you lose weight. also dont pig out on junkfood

how about loosing weight from eating less...? not from exercising.
