Im going to Manchester on Jan 3rd, and I dont have my passport yet, is there a way to get a passport in 1-2 days, and do I HAVE to have a passport if im travelling to the united kingdom?

No idea where you are right now, but I doubt that you will even be able to leave your own country without a passport never mind being able to enter the UK...you would be denied entry and sent straight home if you managed to get this far.
Here in the UK we have passport offices where you can go to get your passport though you have to have an appointment beforehand, we can also download the application forms....does your country have the same facility so that you can do the same thing?

You may be too late, but the passport office can often times expedite the passport for you, but you have to often times go to the main branch witch is often only in one or two cities in any state, I had to drive almost 2 hours to get to the one in San Fran. Butt i don't know if they can do it in less that 2 days.

You absolutely have to have a passport- even if only to get back IN this country!
There are services that can get you your passport in 24 hours. I don't know where you live, but in Santa Monica there's a place on 20th or 26th and Wilshire. Google it to find one in your area.
However, this IS New Years Eve/Day Weekend- Good Luck finding a place that's open.......

the worst subject relatively that happens generally is rain :L if united statesa. out of the shady bits of london u'll be effective :) additionally bypass to the coastline because of the fact it is going to particularly be memorable even interior the chilly :L we went and the hats blue into the sea in december and my dad had 2 bypass get them :L :L additionally merely make useful u dont have a knife or gun or something if u get scared coz if u seem suspicious the police will quit u n take it in the past u had threat to apply it like if u scared. in step with threat bypass around like lil united states part bits if u like tht or mueseums or animal places or w/e u like :D desire u have a gd time here :D btw dont 4get ur coat n umbrella.... :L :L x

I doubt you will get one at this time. So I would not even travel to the UK they will turn you around and put you on the next plane back to wherever you came from.

you wont need one until january 23, you should be back by then. you only need it to return to the USA. take you birth certificate with.. that will get you there and back.. It takes 6-8 weeks to get a passport.
