Yes, if you are diligent, 8 months is a good amount of time to get to the size you want and not freak out your body doing so

Losing 2-3 pounds a week is a good goal to start with. depending on what your weight is now - 2 lbs a week and you could figure this out on your own. Do a video exercise program that suits you (but call a dr and ask if you're healthy enough to do those exercises) good luck!. A size 8 can be healthy I was a size eight 20 some years ago. I was 125 at a size 8. I was healthy.

I was a size 10 and I cut out soda and snacks and junk food for 3 months and went to kickboxing 4 times a week and lost 20 lbs. Kickboxing is a really good way to lose weight and tone at the same time. You might have to go to the gym more than twice to do it by August. Diet is a good part but exercise I think is more beneficial and you'll see better results.

If you're exercising twice a week it's probably going to take about 5 or 6 months. I went from a 13 to size 7 in about 3 months and I exercised almost every single day.

about 4 months. my sis went from a 18 to a 12 in about 6 months just by walking around outside for 45 minutes every other day so if you exercise about 4 hours a week for 4 months and eat healthy, you should be in your size 8 by mayish!!

To lose weight and keep it off you should lose 1-2 lbs a week. Losing too fast will put it right back on. Eat right and exercise.

should be able to. try weight watchers too. my sis lost like 60 pounds pretty quickly. size 14 isn't really large though; just make sure if you want to lose weight, you do it in a healthy manner.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
