If you can view the contents of your camera as a folder, then you should be able to just drag and copy the folders from the computer back into the folder on the camera.

Not so you can see them.
People will tell you to move the photos from the file on your computer to the one in your camera. They move there ok, but you won't see anything. At least on my camera it is like that.

yes, go to my computer and click on the icon that is your camera and place the pics into the folder, to which they came out of!

It depends on the software you have with your phone. If you have a Motorola phone and the software for it (phonetools) you should probably be able to. I dont see why it wouldnt work with other hardware brands.
