Well I think in some ways they are the same. For example, in my opinion doing a christian service to someone could be using your life as a light to influence people, but than thats leadership too. Discipleship is another example, your doing a service to yourself and another person so your serving, but your also leading.

Christian service- acting on the Word of G-d to help others.
Christian leadership-pastors, evangelists, prophets, teachers and apostles.
