How Long is the standard time? I've moved on to another person, but all that junk is still in the back of the closet, a box full. It seems wrong to just toss it away...

Hide it at your parents house!! You don't have to get rid of it completely but get it out of your house.
You will have hell to pay if you leave it there.
Believe me. You will.

I kept everything from my past relationships until i moved in with my now husband. It didnt feel right bringing the "past" into the marriage. Thats just me. Until i got married, i kept everything though. If the items are of value in some way, you might ask your ex's (if in contact with any) if they want them back, but things like letters and such, i think thats something you have to decide. Some of my friends who are married still have things from the past, i just happen to not have any. Good luck to ya and have a great new year!

as long as you want to..you'll know when you are ready to let go.
Do you think you'll want to read it again someday or maybe look over it? If no, then you are ready to throw it out my friend. But you did say it feels wrong to throw it away..does it sadden you? maybe you still love her but want to move on..

P.S-if it doesn't work out with your new relationship then if you don't throw it away you will have some comfort;)sometimes reading those thing written to you give you a boost in confidence..

those all and sundry is interior the previous so shop them interior the previous. it could impact your modern-day relationship.you have got them on your ideas yet no longer something. It took me a on an identical time as to get it completed too. I threw away each and every thing! all the candy letters, poems, and photos. It became confusing in spite of the undeniable fact that it became the suitable subject to do for me.
