Probably not. It would depend in great part on the rules for your state, which you didn't bother to give. Most states have restricted license until age 18, and won't allow you to drive without a licensed driver over age 25 with you, or something similar. Check the laws for your state to be sure.

I am 17 and got my license two years ago so I can assure you that you cannot drive without a passenger. Your passenger must be 25 or older and also have a valid license, if you only have your learners permit. If you got your permit you probably could refer to the packets they give you at DMV.

That depends where they live and what the laws are. IF not sure go to your motor vehicles or phone them and ask. In BC, Canada the answer is NO.

No, and don't do it-if you are caught, you won't get your license as fast and will start your driving record with a bad record. Be patient and wait for others who can go with you. (If it is you)
