Find something humorous/FUNNY to get him, my cousin who is 10yrs old got this MR.T sound thingy for me for like $5 and I love it its so freaking funny!!

Wallet-put a cute note in it. spray it with perfume. A money clip with you name on the back of it. cologne so he always smells good.
