oh dude you're hella lucky - you've got age on your side! Start doing an hour of cardio a day - intense - you should be sweating. Kick the fast food diet and replace it with chicken, turkey, fish, salads and fresh fruits. Have a cheat day or a cheat meal so you don't feel deprived. The weight will melt off. Oh -- also limit your alcohol intake --- I know, I know --- but it works!

You need to exercise but you have to get on a good program with cardio and weights. Muscle will burn more fat so you have to build some good muscle (not big) You should join a gym and have a trainer put you on a workout program and diet. You also have to change your eating habits forever, not just until you lose a few lbs. Weight Watchers is the best program I've ever seen. I know it's frustrating. I have been battling with weight issues for my whole life.

Have you sought medical help through an evaluation to determine any health issue? With any weight-loss program, it's extremely helpful to have a support base. Do you have that? People who have been there and made it ! They can encourage you . It's important to set reasonable and realistic goals, I mean on paper, and rewards for reaching each one. For ex. You don't have to completely give up your favorite foods. Try to eat less portions of it instead. Limit fatty foods and sweets and eat more fruits and veggies, and exercise often.
