I suppose the question could be whether she is always keeping you waiting or if she is only keeping you waiting when getting ready to do things she doesn't like to do. There are ways to correct people's behavior, such as reward and punishment. For example, if you are going on a date to a given restaurant and she is late, then consider cancelling the date or going to a cheaper restaurant, once your reservation is no longer available. I guess that presumes you are going to a place that accepts reservations. Likewise, maybe going places where she would like to go, to see if she will be late.

Whether you get pissed off or bored is up to you. I'm a very prompt and precise person, but when I'm around people who don't have an internal clock and a sense of urgency like me I just let go, take it easy, and find something to do or think about. Often I get so involved with whatever I decided to do that when they are done they end up having to wait for me or remind me to get ready.

In today's world of cell phones there is no reason to keep someone waiting for an hour. Unexpected things happen, but a call explaining why is definitely in order.
My sister-in-law is always running late ... my brother teases her about being on Philippino time (she is part Philippino). Guess sometimes its easier to make jokes than get upset about it.

Yup, but you have to remember women have no concept of time, it's a "if he really loves me" thing. That's why they have local coffee shops, so men can go have a few cups, read the paper and be back when the women are ready.

she is the one that has to wait for me
she says better erarly love then we get a seat at the bar and dont have to wait aslong to get served!!
