Earlier tonight, someone posted a question about which was the most religious country in Europe.

It made me wonder which would be the most religious country in Asia.

Any ideas?

I know that Armenia, which is sandwiched between Turkey, Iran, Georgia, and Azerbaijan was the first country in history to adopt Christianity as it's state religion. Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Israel, etc. are all pretty 'religious', but I wouldn't know how to find out any specifics for you.

Saudia Arabia is the most strictest in its enforcement of religion. During prayer times people just pray wherever they are if they are not close to a Mosque. All the shops are closed for prayers 5x a day. They follow Islam strongly.

India probably has the most different kinds of religion.
