Are you weak in strength or weak feeling no energy?
Weak (no energy) maybe you are deficient in iron. Take a multi vitamin or an iron supplement until you feel strong again.
Weak (in strength) walking is perfect to start with. Walk at a comfortable pace and increase your time each day, you should start to improve, walk a little faster each time when you feel comfortable to do so.
Do a little stretching after you walk which should give you a feeling of good circulation and strength. Baby steps will help you improve. Once you start to improve on your cardio, then move into doing some light weight lifting.

Don't try to go for a "full" workout. Start small and build your way back up to were you left off. Start at a half hour. And on the days you don't want to workout at all...... talk yourself into going for at least 15 minutes. One, most likely you'll go a bit longer than that and Two, if you do just that, it's better than nothing at all. Yes, it's hard to get going again. Put some new music on that mp3 and make sure it's the upbeat ones. The ones that make you move somehow whether it be tapping your fingers to beat or singing your head off. Those are the songs that make you feel good. You'll last longer if you are listening to that! Another thing I like to do is add in some older stuff (which is 80's music) stuff you don't hear on the radio all the time. You'll want to listen to the whole song and It makes the workout fun.

do some kind of cardio /aerobic exercise. start with just 30 seconds a day once a day for one week if you feel stronger sooner increase it sooner. then the next week do 1 minute and add something else for 30 seconds like crunches or waist exercises. the next week, do the cardio/aerobics for 5 minutes. add two other exercises for 2 minutes each do this for 2 weeks and increase the cardio to 10 or 15 mins. the idea is is to do 30 minutes without feeling tired. when you can do 30 mins, then do the things you did in the begininng to warm up.

Baby steps!
If you can only walk 10 minutes at a low speed then that's the only amount you can start doing today. Tomorrow try to do 11 minutes. In 4 days try to increase it to 12 if that is all you can do. Over time you will be surprised how your resistance increases but do not give up.

take it little by little like by eating healthy foods taking vitamin tablets and walks are good as long as you don't push yourself that much try about half a km then start to jog then run then sprint then go add a quarter to your distance any time you start to sprint with no stopping. All of that will take you to the gym. And when you eat your healthy food eat a lot of meat, chicken, tofu if you are a vegetarian, and fish because they have a lot of protein and keeps you strong.

You have to start out very slow...plan a workout that is 1/3 to 1/2 as hard and long as you hope to reach. You have to get used to doing it, going to the gym, everything else, before you increase the intensity of your workouts. That always works for me after a layoff.

I've been there. It's NOT hopeless! Start by doing SOMETHING. Do a little more each day. Walk around your home. While sitting, do knee lifts, do hand lifts, pick up cans from the cupboard and use them as hand weights while walking in your home. You Can Do It.

start slowly and add a little every day. I think that if you start doing a lot too soon then you get discourged. But hang in there and you will get better, it will take time.
