I have a fairly new Sony pocket digital camera. While getting off a plane the sudden change in temperature (and pressure perhaps) created condensation on the back of the non-removable lens and left an annoying smear which became ever present on my pictures. Does anyone know a trick to get rid of it without having to send it to the shop for repairs?

ooops. you are in trouble. contact sony if their warranty covers this, or if you have a service plan on your camera contact the store that you have bought it, any ways the camera needs to be fixed by professionals.

Yes, take a hammer and smack it hard enough to remove the lens. Clean the lens then send the camera in for repair or not.
