I don't think that a hell exists. I also don't think that God is omni-present. He does not get involved with us here. If He did, than children would not be raped and murdered.

God isn't omni-present. If the bible says he is, that's a contradiction, because Hell is supposed to be the place where God isn't. So in essence, God is omni-present "with exceptions."

Since hell, by definition, is absolute and eternal separation from God and therefore from all that is godly and good, God is not in hell. Hell may be considered a "place" (though not in the sense of a place having space and dimensions like earthly places), or a state of being. In any case it is a "place" or state totally separated from the presence of God, which is what makes it hell. On earth even the most ungodly people experience some goodness in their lives, and therefore some reflection of God's goodness. In hell, no-one will experience anything good or desireable or worthwhile. Only absolute destitution and evil. Forever.

God has prepared hell for the devil and his angels. And Jesus spent three days in the heart of the earth.

If you believe God was incarnated in Jesus Christ, yes, he descended into hell as part of his sacrifice, in order to witness to suffering souls across time and space and to bring salvation to all.
If you believe hell is in the mind of those who suffer, all our thoughts or physical experiences are still part of God's universal truth; and thus are part of God's creation and the process of reaching resolution, by overcoming the causes of hell and to establish heavenly peace on earth.

he chooses not to dwell with sin but if you read the bible he went to a place called abraham's bosom to preach to the spirits there I think it was also called hades. He was victorious over death hell and sin. I dont' think he wishes to dwell there because he is holy.

Yes He is. Psalm 139:8
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
