are you talking about the ones where you put the fake cassette in the cassette player, and it plugs into the CD player headphone jack?

Wal-Mart, KMart, and Best Buy probably sell cassette tape adapter.
Something else you may want to consider getting is a low power FM transmitter instead of a tape adapter. This will permit you to hook your audio device (CD player, iPod/MP3 player, etc) up to it, and it will send a signal to a regular FM frequency you select. You can play the device over your car's FM radio.

Do you mean a tape cartridge that has wires so you can connect it to a cd player? Get it at wal mart
it's like 20 bucks.
