go on the rice diet, you lose a pound a day. i lost 15 pounds in 15 days. you can find more info on the diet by googling rice diet. the diet does not just consist of rice either.

do not drink any kind of soda- water is better. cut back on the portion size of what you eat but do not skip meals especially breakfast. take a walk. i lost over 40 pounds doing it this way.

Go see a doctor if you want. Or if you can just diet sensibly and exercise. Don't go on crash diets, make sure you eat decent portions everyday. Starving yourself makes it worse.

Weight Watchers. I lost15 pounds in a month...It works and i found it the easiest. you get to eat whatever you want. you just have to follow thier point system
