Yes, it is perfectly normal.
But it is errm... more accepted by society if you remove it.
To do this you can use a dipilitory, facial bleach, or waxing.
NEVER EVER Shave this hair. Especially hair on the upper lip.

I don't know how "normal" it is, but its certainly not uncommon. The amount of hair and the darkness of that hair varies greatly from person to person. If you happen to be a little extra fuzzy and you don't like it then pluck or wax the hairs away.

Hi! Yes it is. I don't but many of my friends and clients do. Waxing is the usual course of removing the hair unless you defy the norms and let your body be the bomb the way it is. It depends on how you feel. See Ya!

from my experience almost all brunettes have more than the rest. around the belly button is the happy trail (shave!) and you will get peach fuz on the abs.

Of course...no one is hairless. Only society says we should be. Wax or shave. Not a big deal and most guys don't think it's a big deal either, if it's not that bad.

yes, this happens with puberty and is more noticeable if the girl has dark hair. facial hair can be removed in several ways if it is bothersome.

Yes, women who are dark complected will have this. You can wax or bleach. Have it done professionally.
