just brush your teeth 2 times a day (2 minutes each). After or before breakfast at the morning and 1 hour before you sleep at night. The most important thing is the way you brush them. u must reach all the part of your teeth and do it gently, don't hurt your gum. you have to rinse your mouth after eating so all the food debris are removed (don't need to brush them, because if you brush your teeth to much each day, it will kill all the good bacteria in your oral cavity).

The best time to brush your teeth is as soon as you can after you eat. You should definitely brush your teeth before you go to bed. You should floss your teeth once a day, preferably before you go to bed.

You should brush for 2 minutes. Brush slowly and don't push hard. Repitition is the key to getting your teeth clean not brushing fast or hard.

2 mintues. Most people don't brush as long as they should, but the recommened time is 2 minutes, twice a day and flossing once a day.

we teach our 4 year olds to brush in the morning and at night and while they are brushing sing the alphabet song - with the ending included - "now i've sung my abc's, next time won't you sing with me?"
hope this helps you out! SD

you should sing, or hum the "happy birthday song" 3 times each for top and bottom. That way you have cleaned enough. Also, dont forget to floss and mouthwash.
